Returns
You can return any items within 14 days from the date you received them. It is always advisable that the returned items are unopened and unused, make sure they are packed and you have included the original invoice while returning them as is causes un-neccessary delay. Some tems cannot be accepted for return for hygienic reasons. If you receive faulty goods, you may also have a right to return these goods and to ask us toreplace them or get a refund. You are responsible for any return shipping costs. We will only refund the cost of the items not the shipping costs.

Right to cancel: You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us at customerservice@buyhaironline.com.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods.

All exchanges must meet our return qualifications below:
Merchandise must be returned in original factory condition
Unaltered
Unworn
Undamaged
Tags attached, all items originally included with the product including packaging, papers, tags, hairnets, strings and other items originally included with the product.
